Mediation mentoring sessions

In the mentoring program, an experienced mediator and trainer will work with you—either on your own or in a small group of 3 or 4—to develop your mediation skills in line with your goals.

Your mentor can help you

  • develop your mediation skills
  • build on your knowledge of conflict resolution
  • further explore the philosophy of facilitative mediation
  • prepare for the National Mediation Accreditation assessment
  • advance your mediation skills
  • provide confidential professional debriefing.

Mentors are chosen from our panel of experienced mediators and trainers.

Your participation in the mentoring program can be recognised as professional development hours under the National Mediator Accreditation Standards.
